started my d44a swap today I was flustered to see that everyone at the auto hobby shop wanted to like change transmissions or pull motors and I had to wait hours for a stall. I didnt get started till late so all i got around to was getting the 35 out and the 44 under it to make it out of the stall. I only took a couple pictures because i was in such a rush and i dont have any of it in because it was getting dark and they had been closed for 20 mins by the time i started rolling my jeep out.

the 35 out

44 ready to go in. the right side brake line is a little long but it was the only one they had that wasnt too short...

and me being a retard. haha

ill update next saturday when i get a chance to finish it. I didnt put my coil spring spacers in when i threw it all back together and i think i might leave them out and just chop the rear fenders a bit. I also have my mx6's and all new brakes to put on. Also i was reading somewhere and someone said there is a part needed when going from drums to discs. anyone care to refresh my memory?

I've heard both ways. Ask Laredo owners who have swapped 8.8's in, and XJ owners.
