I did all in town driving when stock, got 13mpg. Now it's more highway after lifting it, still ~13mpg (probably 14mpg because the speedo is off)

I get up to 18-19 with easy freeway driving. I get about 13-14 city driving. Not bad for 32s and 3.55 with a 4.0. Too bad my jeeps slow as hell

Best ever was about 23.3 for a 100 mile highway drive. That was when i was stock of course. But the surpsrising part was that i averaged about 75mph. So the mileage could have been better if i didn't go so fast.

Now with the lift, tires, and no front bumper, I get 17-18 on the freeway.

My '97 ZJ with the 5.2 gets driven mostly around town and the best I can get out of it is 8.5 MPG. With E3 spark plugs, I did get 19.2 on a road trip "once", but that's why it's been parked for the last three months. I've been driving the 'mini van', what a savings in gas.
