Unless you've regeared and rebuilt your engine to a stroked 4.x, there's no way you're getting times like that. It's just not gonna happen. And the HO 4.7 is even better than the 5.9. It's just the way things are. WJ's are more capable stock, with QD, and more classy inside. But they're more expensive to buy, maintain, and mod.

I want to see some videos with actual times to prove you can manage that. Otherwise, I can't believe it.

I have an aftermarket intake with Amsoil high-flow filter, performance ignition coil, plugs, wires, cap and rotor. I have synth fluids all throughout. I still feel like I'm driving a brick with a lawnmower engine trying to push it along. An aftermarket exhaust is about the only somewhat simple mod I could do that would have true performance benefits at this point. I can't see getting 5.2 power even at that. What magic have you, Jeep voodoo master?

A 4.slo ZJ doing 0-60 in around 7 seconds? HA. Come on!!
There is no comparison between an I6 ZJ and any V8 Grand Cherokee.

My ZJ has trouble making it up my driveway.

Seems like OP is a tad bias...

the best generation is none of them right now. The best generation is going to be when it comes with f&r dana 44's, selectable lockers, 33 inch bfg km2's, and a 6.4 hemi with cylinder shutdown that gets 16/22 mpgs. but until then, it's the wj.

If I could afford it, I'd want a WK Overland with QDII, stock skids, and the Hemi, of course. Now that would be fun to build up.
Man I agree. I love my ZJ, I've come close a few times to getting a WJ and selling the ZJ tho. I do really like the WK lifted as well, and for what they are the WK2's are pretty sick, the overland with select terrain mode.

I just want one of each

That's what I would want or at least a 98 5.9, a 04 Laredo i6 and a wk2 overland all at the same time would be sweet.
