Just bought myself some new pinion yokes for the D60 and S10.5 from Denny's Driveshafts. Got them in the 1350 flavor with u-bolts instead of straps/bolts. Also got all 32 lug nuts that I need off eBay for $20 shipped.

The build might be dead for the next 6 months or so since I'm in the process of getting a house. Got one picked out and will be going to sign the contract at the end of this month. They will start building in October and will be done in February/March, barring any drastic weather. During that time, I'll be saving my money for a large down payment. So I'll basically have no fun/jeep money for a while. Oh well, I'll have a brand new house and a 19'x21' two car garage to work in once its all over. Can't wait to get out of this damn apartment!

Thanks. I'm excited to not only be a home owner, but actually see my home be built from the ground up.

I'm really looking forward to Black Friday...Sears is going to be ran sacked!

Got my new 1350 pinion yokes from Dennys Driveshaft. These things are super beefy.

It's a Jeep, it's not supposed to work right all the time.

Maybe so. More than likely they're average. The S10.5 yoke is definitely beefy.

Should have just used a coke can.

Not quite an update on the WJ, but a Grand Cherokee nonetheless.

The WK got some love with a new Gibson exhaust. I wish my WJ sounded this good...

Yea, its pretty nice. Its definitely noticable when it's in low gear, but once you hit overdrive on the highway you can barely tell you have an exhaust installed.

how do u like that OME lift you got on it....did it really change the ride quality? weve been kicking around the idea of a small lift on it but i dont want it to become to stiff....it rides so nice stock

I was exactly the opposite. I thought the ride was way to soft. Don't know if the struts were on their way out or what, but it was just to spongy for my tastes.

But I love the OME HD kit. It obviously stiffened it up but I think it rides much better than stock, IMO. It feels well planted in turns and rides down the highway fantastically. I don't think its "to stiff" by any means. You can definitely tell its an HD kit when going over speed bumps in parking lots, but other than that its fine. I think the weight of the Hemi makes it a good ride. If you were to put a HD kit on a 3.7 WK, it might be to stiff.

I would definitely recommend the OME kit to anyone.
