Jeep looks SICK but needs tires so bad! Don't know if you're planning on it, but I think matching the cladding to the bumpers would be the final touch looks wise.

Thanks man. Yea, it does need tires. I don't want to get another set and be stuck with them when I'm pretty close to getting 35s. Might as well keep them till I get my lift. I can't really complain though. I'm pushing 40k on these Silent Armors and they still have decent amount of tread for the milage and abuse I've put them through.

And I have thought about painting the cladding black. But since I was going to bedline the sides whenever I cut the fenders, I'd rather have my side cladding free of anything that would possibly keep the bedliner from sticking. So it will eventually be black. Just thinking ahead.

i think you have a good setup coming along to run 35's...i wouldnt sweat the axles

After you get some miles on that trac bar tell me how you like it, because I'm not very happy with mine and I think i'm going to upgrade to a double sheer type.

I hear its noisy.. Mine is too when you dont tighten the Jam nut tight as hell!

The JKS bar shouldn't be noisy. If it is, you probably aren't torquing down everything properly.

Just got the JKS bar put in. Seems to be doing alright so far. No noises coming from the track bar from what I can tell.

nice build man. those lights are insane. You should def get some tires tho. They make the whole Jeep look better. Get wide ones if you are allowed too

with both of those bumper weighing in at about 200 lbs altogether hows that well is that working with the I6?

It's struggling.

Aligned the Jeep and it drives awesome now. No death wobble at all. I'm very pleased.

Well the Jeep did good getting up to Purdue the yesterday. I didn't encounter any death wobble on the interstate even when I hit some decent sized holes and bumps in the road. But as soon as I get to school on regular roads at around 40 mph, I still get death wobble if I hit a good sized hole in the road.

I swear I hate northern roads with a passion. In the four years that I've lived up here, you'd think they could have got their **** together and fixed at least half the roads. But no, basically all of them are still crappy as hell.

So, I thought my bushings in my stock track bar were the problem, but they apparently weren't. The track bar certainly helped though. I guess the search continues.

I would start looking at tie rod ends, seems like it would be one of the last things to be the source of your problem. I know mine looked ok, but then when i took it to alignment they said 2 were shot. So i replaced all 4, and the other 2 were in decent but not great shape. I got a couple Moog's and two other offset brands, the moog's were the same price as the others too. If I were you, especially with the bad roads around there, you should consider looking into replacing them anyways. They are a piece of cake to do yourself too.
