I see, reason being is that I want to run 31s but and I dont want to have to do any trimming. At the moment I can only go with a 1.75in bb.

And another whops, its a 4in bs.

i ran 31's with no lift for a few months and then put on the 1.75 bb and that took care of most of the rubbing that i had without doing any trimming. then i chopped up my bumper and now nothing touches

I had 31x10.5 on stock backspacing wheels with zero lift though I did rip my front bumper cover off when I was 'offroading' with my stock suspension

Actually got that on video haha http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v2...nt=Movie-5.mp4

on the Seafoam too. I live by that stuff!

Okay I talked to my dad and he would rather do a full on upgrade to the suspension rather than a bb so which of these two would you guys pick and what is the real difference?

Also if I do this upgrade, what else would I have to upgrade along with it to make everything work fine? Because I heard if I go this high I would also have to upgrade my brake lines. And also with this lift what tires would I be able to put on with no rub and no trimming?

Who would you recommend for the lift kit for the 3.5in then? But is their any difference if I go 3.5in and 4.5 but only the price right? Like I dont have to upgrade the arms or break lines right?

the 3.5 is as high as you can go without upgrading control arms and **** like that. any higher and you do.
http://www.ironrockoffroad.com/Merch...egory_Code=PFZ
go with this and get yourself an adjustable rear track bar with it. thats basically all you need. you will be able to fit 31's with no problem. you wont be able to fit 32's without trimming, but i dont see why you are so dead set against trimming. if you can install a lift and cant trim your bumper, you must be on some serious ****

Well the thing is, is that I dont want to do extra work but if its only the plastic inside then I dont mind but if its the fender then idk. Cause one I do that I cant redo what I done. Also if I got the extra inch and go 4.5 or even 4in what else would I have to upgrade and would I have to upgrade the arms, I thought that I would have to upgrade them if I go higher than 6in??

no its more than 3.5in. any more than that and you gotta upgrade arms, brake lines and **** like that. to fit 32's with a 3.5, all you would have to trim is the front bumper. its really nbd. all plastic.

nope, Didn't upgrade anything else, yet. I did install new front LCA bushing though.

The only trimming I had to do was that corner on the front bumper cover. My 32s don't rub anything at full lock.

I see but so I would have to upgrade those following to get to 4.5in lift.

http://www.ironrockoffroad.com/Merch...egory_Code=ZLK

So if I do this kit I would only need the rear track bar and thats it? How much would that be and should I also pick difference shocks and get new rear coils?

But man I can just spend $200 more and get the 4.5"lift

the adjustable track bar would be like 140 but the 4.5in kit is not a complete kit.
http://www.ironrockoffroad.com/Merch...egory_Code=PFZ
this is a complete kit. if you go with the 3.5 then you wont need new rear coils because you have the v8 and swapping them to the rear would actually give you around 3.5-4in. lift because they are longer than the i6 front springs. if you want you can add new rear springs for like a hundred bucks. and you would be fine with the shocks the kit comes with. but if you want you can get different ones. idk what anybody has to say about them, like how they ride or anything, but those are fine.
