I wonder how long before Rocky Road pisses off everyone in the off-road community?

Its unbelievable how these guys can stay in business.

There are definitely some exceptions to the norm with Rusty, but I've heard FAR more negative stories about him than positive ones. And frankly his stuff just isn't good enough for me to risk it when I know I can call up Kevin, Nick, or Clayton and get extremely high quality parts at great prices and KNOW that they will be there to help me out.

I blame people who drive TJ's... LWB Jeepers are smarter than that.

When they screwed me over it was my fault too.

He told me his salesperson's do not make mistakes.

Got a couple of responses, but they were pretty run of the mill - blaming factory backorder. I'm not sure why you would sell something you don't have and have no idea how long it will take to get. Oh well, live and learn.

I have the RRO trail blazer, first off awesome lift! had it for almost a year, maybe a bit less.

But I didn't have near the problem any of yall did. My lift came in like 5 days. and Glenn was nothing but profesional with me, never has a negative thought run through my head about them. But as usual, i dont just place an order out of the blue, i always send several emails or phone calls before, establishing myself with them, asking in depth questions and what not, I find doing that always help me. Another way though to protect yourself from the but pirates they seem to have become, buy through ebay, they always list on there. Ebay has strict policy's and far more force to resolve issues like this one

Factory backorders are acceptable - they don't make you happy, but they do happen. However, what I don't respect is saying something shipped when it actually did not. Compound that with talking crap about competitors, and you have a bad vendor. Even if there are delays, honesty buys my repeat business, as well as professionalism.
