I ordered a set of adjustable lower front control arms for RRO just this Monday and they came today (Thursday). I've been running their 3.5" - 4.5" lift for over a year now with no problems here in the desert and mountains of So. Cal. I sympathize with those who may have had REAL, not hearsay, problems with RRO. Just want to relate my positive experiences with this company. If you want to talk about getting shafted by companies, I can talk about Direct TV ($700) or Sunrise Ford ($3000). But again, there are many many more who love both. That's just how it is sometimes.

I ordered the CAD system for my cherokee on Monday and it was here today on Thursday... The man was nice and helpful on the phone... Price was good.. Way better than RE's crap... I read all the bad reviews about RRO and still decided to order there CAD.. I told myself if all worked out I'd give them some good press.. So here it is.. I have had more problems with RUBICON EXPRESS than anywhere else... From 2 month waits to cheap foreign outsourced bushings and leaf springs... I WOULD ORDER FROM RRO ANYDAY OVER RUBICON EXPRESS... wish I would have not listened to all the hype when I ordered my lift...

Thanks for chiming in - all opinions, good or bad, should be aired out.

I would hope that all vendors should be able to improve and/or defend reviews on their quality and customer service.

It looks like this company just needs some basic fundamental business skills before they try to operate for customers all over the US. oh well they cant all be good.

Another false advertisement (using a picture of something that's not theirs on their website)? After reading this out of sheer boredom (working on xmas eve...) and curiosity I checked out RRO's site. I thought the pictures of the fender flares looked vaguely familiar, so I went back and checked. Yeap, same exact pictures as what is on Iceland Offroad (links below). so my question is am I off base in thinking that they are using another company's products to promote their own flares? One thought that crossed my mind was maybe they are just a vendor of Iceland equipment and are selling the same thing, in which case obviously they would have the same picture because its the same product.

Not that I am going to buy from RRO, I am just curious if anyone knows that they are just a vendor of Iceland or if they are falsely using another company to promote their own products.

Gents, anyone that orders from RRO is taking their chances. The lift kits for the ZJs that they have pictured aren't even RRO stuff. They are pics of other company's lifts but just pictured on the RRO page. RRO is not a vendor of the other suspension kits.

RRO likes the cherokees...

That is the kind of stuff they do. They'll show a picture of a Jeep with a 6" lift and label it as a 3" lift...people think "Wow my Jeep will look great at 3" just like theirs"...

in all fairness, KOR does this with the protofab bumper and really i see nothing wrong with it. its when they show a jeep with a 5" lift on the page about there 3" lift.
