Kevin's site is a nightmare. But hey, he's a fabricator and not a web developer. What can you do?

That is so weak on RRO's behalf. And they're still using Mendo's ZJ at 6.5" as their poster Jeep for the F>R kit. Amazing.

Yeah, he definitely needs to hire a web designer but whatever, i'd rather navigate that sight than deal with an a-hole anyday. his reputation is outstanding as well as his customer service. and i dont see him bashing other retailers either.

None of the Jeeps on thier site are Jeeps with RR lifts.

There WJ 3.5" lift is a Jeep with 6" of lift.

Somebody asked how RRO (Rocky Road) can still be in business with all these negative comments being posted on the boards and my point was that Rusty's OffRoad has very similar shipping problems and they are doing just fine.

i've ordered a lot of stuff from Rustys and havent had any shipping problems with them. i have also got great customer service from them too.
i'll continue to order from them, but never from Rocky Road.

Heres the latest email from Glenn of rocky road,

"At this time... who is being unprofessional? Forwarding communications with malicious intent is something children do on MY SPACE.

All our emails are answered factually and professionally. As we stated, it is good you found someone slow enough at this time of year to ship immediately. This was a genuine statement"

Ken, I think it's good that you're passing this on. Foot In Mouth Disease should be shown clearly so it can be aired out

Thanks for the support. I dont want anyone else to have to deal with this. Someone in my club has a lot of his stuff, they waited 6 weeks for their lift. Its good quality but he said also that they were really tough to deal with. Theres no need to go through that. Theres a lot of companies out their that are happy to have our business and will go the extra mile for us, those companies, Kevins/Kolak, quadratec, summit racing and Rustys offroad, to name a few, will continue to have my business.

I'm happy I got my sliders for free, and am basically embarassed that I let them use a picture of my ZJ to advertise their sliders on their page.

I've got RRO's, just like I said earlier in this thread, I just happened to compare RRO's customer service to Rusty's. Quit hittin the diff fluid man!!
