So this weekend was Grand Slam Rubicon, so I was out from friday until a few hours, ran the entire trail and had a great time with great company. We're just starting to gather the pics and vids, I'll get those up soon as I can! In the meantime, here's a pic I snapped of my jeep on thursday afternoon after I got the rear axle all reassembled getting ready to load it up. I LOVE the new look

What's your overall width from outside of the tires? Do you have any issues squeezing in tighter places compared to say Toyotas?

Marc I'm sitting at like 83ish inches, I'm seriuosly sitting basically a foot over the toyotas. It's fine for 95% of our wheeling, but theres one trail with an entrance gate I currently cant squeeze through so I can't wheel it until I get under 81" wide. Snow wheeling becomes really interesting being that wide too, when I have one wheel in a friends rut I'm carving fresh trail with the other tire, it yanks me all around if I try to follow them exactly so I usually dont follow the ruts haha.

For all you waiting for pics, this is the only one I have online so far haha. It's a screen capture from some GoPro footage on soupbowl

Haha Kramer honestly, as much as I'd hate to say it, I'd swap in a chevy LS before I did a full build on a 4.7. I'd have a ton of fun doing it and I bet the price per power would work out pretty dang nice too

Though if your lookin for some axles...hehehe

Yeah I understand for sure, I just wanted to keep it clean, and for what I spent, I'd say it worked out ok, but an ls6 or something would be sick too. I need axles bad. Haha

For sure Kramer, and you're going to have one SICK WJ all said and done. I wanna hear how it does in the 1/4 (or 1/8th) mile!

I don't even have an engine swap in mind so if it does happen, it won't be for a while. Still have a few other projects on my plate before that, like the 205 doubler and cage haha.

Here's another still from some footage, couldn't ask the suspension to be working any better (except for possibly sloppy poly bushings already)
