Ok, so I had the local shop price out the following shipped, mounted and balanced all in 265/70/17:

Cooper STT-$964
Firestone Destination MT-$976
Goodyear MTR-$1,189
BFG MT T/A KM2-$1,152
Wrangler DuraTrac-$1,146

Needless to say...'ouch'. The 4" lift is going in on Wed and I wasn't anticipating shelling out those prices on tires. Any help?

Wow, this guy is either a crook or just misquoted me then. I like the DuraTracs above the other 4 since I'll be doing a lot of highway driving. Any pics?

Alright Apollo, I've been looking online and you've really got me interested in that ZONE kit. What did you pay for the kit, sway bar, etc. EVERYTHING to get the lift done and satisfied with the ride. Let me know thanks man appreciate it.

Probably not. Tires for 17" rims are expensive. Was that price for 4 or 5 tires? Tirerack.com lists those tires ranging from $186-$225 each plus shipping ($80 was the cheapest option for my zip). Add whatever he charges for mounting and balance and you aren't way off. You also have to consider the volume pricing that the big online retailer will get vs. what your local tire shop will be able to offer you. Was that price to include any sort of roadhazard warranty?

i would say i dropped a grand but looking back you can cut out a bunch of crap you don't need.

Look at the new RC X 4in kit that's everything you need at 4in for $750 though i've heard RC has a rough ride and i would still recomend adding IRO uppers

Ahh, btw man I'm stuck. I might buy the RCX kit and I might go balls to the wall and get the 6.5" IRO Critical path LA kit lol.... Realistically I think I should go with the RCX but 6.5" is soooooooo tempting haha.
