Curious on the shipping. I've ordered springs before but the shipping was almost as much as the springs and came UPS. Are they using USPS now?

If you have any questions about them IRO is great at answers! I'd order almost everything that I could from that site!

If you order them online it only gives you a UPS quote. When I ordered my lift I decided to call them about it, and they gave me the USPS delivery for a damn good price

I called IRO today and they advised me to re-measure and get everything correct (measure twice, cut once kinda thing). I believe it was Josh helping me, and he said that 32's are pretty big for my lift size, so yeah, he wants me to re-measure in case of full flex.

Also found this, homemade hockey puck bumpstops
http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f11/h...s-pics-433908/

Might be good info for someone...i was thinking of doing this but no one in Hawaii sells hockey pucks

K, just got off the phone with Luke at IRO and they're closing up (damn the time difference! lol)

Anyways, I've measured the Jeep from hub to fender, and it comes out to 21.75", stock is suppose to be 18". Looks like I gained almost 4" BUT, I'm running 32" tires, so I made my bumpstop conclusion a bit longer for added safety.

According to IRO's website and numerous threads that I've searched, the rule of thumb to save your fender is lift height (hub to fender) minus 0.5". Sooooooo, tomorrow morning when I call, I shall order 2.75" BS extension. This should give me enough safety for full flex with 32's, and at full lock while flexing.

This thread was a great example:
