Looks good, I've never seen HID reverse lights before. It does look kinda silly with stock tires. Gonna paint the rims black?

97zj - damn i would REALLY love to! i've been contemplating about it pretty bad lately too, but being in college kinda sucks. and i want a house more than anything after i graduate, so i'm just gonna replace parts when necessary...(when the bushings go out on the control arms, say hello to long arms and 4+ )

julie - hmmm thought about it, but i'm not too sure how it would look...
hahah yeah, the tires have 20% left i would say, it looks stupid.

wooohooo! so my 3hr lab got canceled today

here's the pics:

had an issue with my setup and these tires not clearing my quick disco's at full lock, so i bought 1/8" spacers for the front and its all good!

for full flex, i'm prepared to trim my front bumper, and possibly rear bumper cover as well...thats for another day of course..

Tested the flex in a twist ditch today, it rubs ever so slightly, so we'll see about the trimming...

anyone think it would look better with the silverblades painted black?

Hi HI, lol

Your Jeep Looks Really great now, silver Are My favorite color for the WJ. The contrast of the silver and Black details Are sooo Cool. I would have done the exact same thing If mine was silver. For the wheels i leaning towards keeping Them as is. But Black could look Cool to, maybe post a pick in the Photoshop thread and make someone shop it for you before you decide. The lift and wheels Are perfect.

Keep up the good work man! 2 thumbsup!

I really think that the 3" would be perfect for me. I sure don't need any more nor do I have the money. Shoot, I would barely be able to pull this one off. How did your numbers come out in the alignment?

Everything going well with the stock parts? No issues?

Hmm i threw my alignment paper away....sorry..

So far stock parts are holding (tie rod ends/ball joints, etc.) By the end of the year i'm planning to change the tie rod ends though. Transmission and filter service will need to be done soon too as soon as i save up enough.

You can pull it off...i didnt think i could, but i just worked my *** off. Summer time is the time of the year when i ask for the most hours at work, and take side jobs on top of that. Work while i can, cause when school comes around, I dont work on the jeep.

Did you change your trans fluid/filter yourself? I was looking for a writeup but not finding much..(any way to save money, i'm game!)

Ahh, just make sure your tie rod ends are good before you do the lift. Thats what i did. Just lift the front end off the ground, and give the wheel a good shaking from side to side, and up and down for ball joints.
