no, they legit have a break in period. mine started sounding a bit different about about a month

flowmasters are the holy grail of mufflers around here. i'm sure there'd be more of an uprising if the internals did rust out.

Well everything has a break in period my dad's car did the same thing when he finally took a road trip with it and was driving it after a long period of time it got louder like blackzj was talking about but i do no that its a fact about the chambers rusting out cause there was a trans am that was in the shop here at school and i banged on the muffler and sure enough it rattled and before that when i was working at the muffler shop there was a GT with the same thing

be that as it may, flowmasters fit my budget, and i love the way they sound, plus there is very little negative speak on behalf of flowmasters. maybe its ironic, maybe it was a bad batch. you never know.

Are you looking for a flowmaster muffler?

I have a Super 44 on my jeep, priolly going to get rid of it. let me know if your intrested in it???

BTW i got the FM installed late January 2010, muffler prolyl has about 1k miles on it.. if that

Yea I was looking at the Pioneers last night along with a new HU.. I really like how those particular Pioneers (3-way) sounded...

Yeah buddy not knocking flowmaster at all and i totally agree that it fits your budget there great bang for the buck and the sound quality is great the only reason i got a magnaflow is because it was FREE.99 but anyways man nice jeep kinda wish mine was an orvis lol

got a 10" orbital buffer as an early birthday present. (actual birthday is friday, 26th)

after countless crappy splices, and alot of heatshrink, they finally look perfect. i also got some vent visors, but no pics of that. forgive my laziness.

You should look into upgrading to a newer factory wheel, like the 5.9 ultra stars or the rubicon moabs. Either wheel would really enhance the look of your Jeep.
