Thanks in advanced.
Sounds like you'll have your work cut out for ya! Do a build thread, for sure
As far as the nutserts go, I believe I used 3/8"-16. There is a local industrial supply shop that sells them, but primarily you'll have to buy them online. You'll also need a specialized tool to hold the nutsert in place, during installation. I will PM you part numbers & correct sizes as soon as I get them. I was lucky enough to have a friend who hooked me up.

SILVER&BLACK 02 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE 4.7L V8 HO, Clayton 6" liftT w/ Bilstien 5100's and 2in pucks , 37X12.5 Nitto Trail Grappler M/T's on red and black Creeper Locks, front and back Dana 60 w/ ARB lockers, Chromolly shafts and 5.13 gears, ARB compressor, Flowmaster 50 exhuast, K&N FIPK, IRO front bumper and flares, and Cobra 29NW with firestick antenna.
So after much thought and planning, I will be making my own long arm kit front and rear. Front will have a radius arm set up and the rear will be an elongated a-arm . I will also be working on removable tube frame doors in conjunction with full sub-frame reinforcement with integrated skids. Everything will be well documented and blueprinted for reproduction. The plan is to have that, and more, done before GSW.
Thanks for the support, guys... I promise this will not disappoint! Duff, bring a lot of whatever you're drinking... you're going to have a lot of time to stand around
Tonight, Kade and I went & met up w/ Plrbear aka Travis (who will be the primary fabricator) to get measurements and options for the suspension. The first part we'll be working on is the front long arms. It'll be a simple radius arm set up of 2"x.250" DOM tubing utilizing press-fit solid rubber bushings frame side, Johnny Joints axle side and a small Heim joint connecting the radius arm to the control arm allowing for caster adjustment. Frame side mounting brackets will be fab'd and installed right before the TC mount. Nothing fancy or new, but definitely personalized and something I can say, "no, that did not come from the store!" .. Haha. Everything should be coming in w/i the next two weeks (DOM will be picked up locally) and I hope to have it all installed by the end of Jan.
During that time, Kade, Travis and I will also work out the mounting locations and rear geometry for both our dubs rear long arms and axle truss. I'll say this... None of us have seen a truss set up like the one we plan on doing and it will be specific only to the WJ Dana 44a
