Haha thanks everyone!

I got back from my gauntlet run and have a little free time finally so I swapped out the blue sub for Andys 5.9 so I could install the frame rail stiffeners and lift!

You usually see the blue sub sitting here..

What's that!? TNT Longarms, TNT Frame rail stiffeners and a Rubicon 241 tcase!?

And JCR 1-ton steering hiding in the background

Getting rid of the surface rust, one clean vs one dirty

This just looks wierd here haha

And i started grinding/cleaning for the frame stiffeners...damn sealant.

Tack welded up in its final position. That's all I had in me for the day!

Marc if ya need some work done in the future just let me know!

Squash, yes I am and I have more to add to that with this post

I'm taking a break to let myself and the plasma cutter cool down lol. I think it turned out pretty sick. It's going to give me a crapton of welding area so I can disperse the heat well.

Too bad my camera sucks today, you'd see the centerline of the stiffeners and the holes drawn out.

Couple holes here

Couple holes there

Holes?

Holes.

i wouldn't have cut that much, about half that many holes would have been more than enough weld area over the uniframe.

i assume you'll be using them for the long arm mount base material. i'm not familiar with the tnt kit.

I know I didn't need that many, but I liked the spacing better this way :P, not too spread out from each other. I'm thinking I'll fully weld the circles, then do stitch welds around the perimiter like normal spacing the stitches to land in between two circles

The TnT kit has a front crossmember for the front radius arms, and a complete seperate rear crossmember for all the rear arms, then the two crossmembers are tied together with a 1/4" plate skidplate

It should turn out pretty badass I must say! Not quite gunna be an off the shelf build

Today I'm going to clean the rails up all around so I can weld in all the circles, then get these bad mamma jammas mocked up and ready for the final assembly! After these are up I get to install the front and rear crossmembers, and the front radius arm setup!

Thanks man, it goes something like this

Took all the everything off the entire frame rail...that took a while lol

Oh snap, that looks good

Some welding done...

Here I was trying to show the stitch welding evenly spaced with the circles

Welding it all up. This setup is going to be damn solid with both crossmembers and future modifications

Those really look good! What are they, 3/16? I'm sure the frame will be stout now.
