*EDIT* Oops, misinterpreted your post. Yeah, when it's hanging disconnected it can handle a serious angle lol! Gotta love the 1 ton drag link ends .

Andy, I just measured and we're currently sitting with 9.5" of uptravel before the track bar mount hits the frame rail. I guestimated we would have 6" of uptravel and I still think that's dead on, the front end will settle down 3" or so when I get it off the rear jackstands (acting as a teeter totter pulling weight off the front end), and the springs settle. Glad you like the mounts too man!

I'll snap you that pic soon

9.5" of up travel.... crap... thats great, now all we need to do is remove the fenders so i can use it

hey, you got ideas on what to do with the mud flaps?

i know its one of those things that will only take about 1-2 hours, but i think we should start to address these little things, as its those that are going to kill us.

How's this for an update of today hehe.

First, heres a pic of the tcase shift linkage I finished yesterday. Had to change things up a bit for the Rock Track 241 tcase, it needed some different lever ratios. (and yes that is allthread welded in haha)

Painted the pinion support, got longer bolts and installed it on the axle

....But I couldn't stop there so I rolled it under the truck and put the links in

....Buuuut I couldn't stop there so I put the coils under it and put the wheels on

It is GOOD to see this thing on it's wheels for the first time, doesn't even have a single jack stand under it right now! The list is getting shorter.

How far away is the rear tire from the current fender line? for some reason after looking at those pics i just picture it rubbing on the rear door on uptravel.

It actually fits in the fenderwell juuuust about perfectly. The tire touches the front of the fender juuust when it touches the top. When we trim the rear, and the 1" strip behind the door things are going to clear about as well as we could ask for
