i didn't see it mentioned, are you doing high steer?

i've heard a few people complain about the positioning of the coils on the tnt truss with respect to high steer links. i'll be shifting the buckets back a bit on my truss.

'97 zj 5.2, some stuff, some other suff, and some things that even work sometimes.

Yes on the high steer, and if it becomes an issue I don't have a problem moving them, shifting them back would probably help recenter things anyways. I'm excited to get going on this thing. Gotta do a little welding on the exhaust (which I pulled out yesterday) and talk to Andy's dad one more time before it goes into smog, then it gets pulled into the garage to have the front axle pulled out!

So I put the exhaust back together smog-worthy today! Now I just need to grab a rear 02 sensor (which my friend is picking up for me) and we'll be set for smogging and the build!

So things have finally come together for this bad mamma jamma! I fought it for a long time triyng to get it smogged, chased evap leaks and fought the comp to get it smog ready. After all that is finally passed a few days ago! So now I've been working in my garage so I have enough room for both jeeps muahahaha! The front axle is getting yanked out and the 60 mockup is starting like NOW. Expect some updates soon!

So I spent some time stripping out all the crap under the front of the ZJ and got the 60 rolled under there...hehehe

D30 removal service

In the back of the 5.9 is Andy's 241OR, D60 and associated parts. Behind/under my jeep is his front bumper, tire carrier, and another box of misc parts for the 60 and 14B

Hehehehehe

Alot of them haha. The front axle is on hold right now, but the (front, maybe not rear) RE 3.5" springs, 2" BB, and RE control arms (uppers and lowers for the front...can't remember for the rear, but the joint needs to be rebuilt on one). Maybe a pair of OME shocks he had in the front, and I might even sell his completely unused JCR 1 ton steering. I'd make a new tie rod and drag link the correct length for the D60 instead of chopping these brand new things up to splice/lengthen. Everyone would win that way

I'd be interested in the steering if you sell it, let me know. Build looks good so far.

Gosh darn you! You make me so "agitated" ( ) just looking at all of your axle work. I actually HAVE to start a front d44 project now.
