It's a Jeep, it's not supposed to work right all the time.

bought a harbor freight bottle jack the other day and today got a receiver tow hook. i also had my t-case fluid changed, since i had trouble getting the plug out. used my own fluid and they knocked off $10.

just got back from my trip...i paid $30 for it, but that wasn't the problem, will most likely need a new t-case. plus new transmission problems! just driving along, and the trans. just jerks, like it's shifting hard, but doesn't go into gear. and this happens when i'm already in a gear. has happened below 75mph, never over. hard to explain, but i could also smell something burning.

could be a sensor. but since you said something was burning, your clutches could be what is bad. whats the fluid color?

i don't know what it could be, but i don't think it's too serious cause all this week driving to work it only happened once and now it hasn't it done it at all...posted in the WJ section about it.

in other news picked up some Rigid industries dually's delivery scheduled for 9/11...depending on when i can get to billy's for th e install, either midweek or that weekend they'll be installed.

got the lights mounted today

put some wire loom to cover the exposed wire

took a first person view video

i had an extra pair of lights i was selling, ended up trading them and my hitch for MrJ's tire carrier, hitch and rear bumper. i have other things to finish before i start the build, but it's a future project. here is the hitch and latch other pictures to see what i'll be doing are in his build thread.
