last night i bought some Goodyear MT/R's 245/75/16 skinnier but much better tire than what i have. i got 4 of them for $120, plenty of tread left. gonna run my current tires for now, once i get some JK steelies and get the trans. fixed then i'll throw the MTRs on.

tires were my priority, but now that i have these i'll (try) save up for a lift...there's a local guy who has the 4" rc-x for sale i hope i can grab that before it's sold.

i think he wants $400 for the lift. honestly i'm not very good at telling how much tread, but just go by what others say. i'll try to get a pic with a penny in the tread, if that'll help with telling how much is really on there..

That is not too bad, 700 new. I can not remember the tread depth new. Thad be what you want to compare it too.

New tread depth is 19/32 of an inch. Which is about 0.6 inches of tread depth.

changed the transmission fluid today..before i changed it, it was making lots of noise, now the noise is gone. but when i put it in reverse there is still a weird noise...and when i first started it up and was shifting gears it stalled twice in 1st gear. i guess it just need to warm up..
