sorry forgot about this. right now everything is covered in mud.

this past friday night i tagged along with Mid Florida Jeep Club for a night ride. there were maybe 30 jeeps, me being the only non wrangler there. got stuck in some mud and on a log.

next day a was solo riding, ran into 2 bears on the trail

also realized my stabilzer was bent...must of happened previous night.

i was waiting for a buddy to meet me out there but decided to hit this hole while waiting around. ended up being much worse than it looked. mud was really soupy except for the center part. bottomed out...all 4 tire where off the ground and my front axle buried.

you can barely see my cross-member to the right

was using a shovel to try to dig and tried using logs and my floor mats for traction, but i was too stuck for them. had a wrangler come by tried to pull me from the front, but did not budge and broke his rope. unfortunately no hitch in the rear so front was the only option. while my buddy was on his way an f250 stopped to help, no snatching, with his truck he was able to pull me out with a few tries.

took some of the ground with me

after getting out there was a new problem....front tire was flat. there was a leak in the bead so i had to put the spare on. the spare i have is a 225/75 but it'll do until i get the other repaired if i can.

hilift tire change...this tire weighed twice what it normally is lol

actually have a hitch for a while now. had it installed for a little then, removed it cause a buddy was building a rear tire carrier off the hitch, but he has no time to work on it anymore. so i just asked him to remove the hitch from the tire carrier, so should be getting that back soon.

been having steering problems...couldn't turn all the way to the left, figured it was due to my beat up steering stabilizer, wasn't sure...took it off today to see and yes that was it. now i have to hope running w/o one on a 4" lift doesn't give me DW, until i get a new one (will be the 4th one in 2 yrs)...seen others mount there's higher will try that.
