4WD Low light on. Drives bad, can't turn off.

While leaving a parking lot, noticed "4WD Low" light came on and drives pour with high rpms. Went to closest Auto Zone but no one could assist. Searching online to see how to turn off "4WD Low" but no luck. Left 2005 Jeep Grand at Auto Zone. Afraid driving it may damage it. Any help on how to get Jeep out of 4WD Low? I know pulling the silver T will put it in 4WD low, but how do I get it out of low? Thanks!
