I haven't. I think the tru-trac would hold up better for big tires. My friend has one and 35's and it locks up most the time.
One interesting piece of info. If you open up a Wj differential and look at the varilock Limited slip it actually has Hydro-lock stamped on it. So they must be the same thing. I guess It's just considered varilock if you have the entire quadradrive system: transfercase and front and rear hydrolock LSD's.
I live in Spanish fork and work out of mapleton and we get a lot of supplies from Sunroc. I've seen you working on it out there sometimes. My brother was actually the one who installed your rear lock-rite and I bought the Rusty's offroad tie-rod conversion for tyson.
Nice. I'll have to come see your build. I need to rebuild the rusty's steering. Luckily they just use genaric tie rod ends. When I bought the jeep. Every joint had play.
I've also replaced that lockright and ring and pinion in the rear. It was slipping bad and the ring and pinion was missing teeth.
I've taken apart and replaced / reinstalled everything on this jeep cept the front locker lol
