2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee transmission sticking

Hi,

So I have been having tranny issues with my 06 GC Laredo. It seems like after the Jeep is running for about 10 minutes the transmission will stick in gear. If I pull over and restart the Jeep, its usually fine. On a rare occasion it will happen again and the check engine light would come on for a few days, then go away. I had Auto Zone run a scan and they had said that a o2 sensor code was showing. Could a faulty o2 sensor be causing this issue or is it something bigger???

Thanks
