2005 A/C problem?

Hey guys, new here, any help would be appreciated

So I re-filled the Freon in my Grand Cherokee about 3 months ago or so. And it was doing great.

But now summer is coming along, and it feels like jeep has been doing this every summer for a while

Here are the symptoms:

Air Conditioner doesn't seem to blow cold air at all
In fact the A/C seems to be the coldest when I do not have it on recirculating mode
The A/C just seems to be blowing around warm air, it moves it but doesn't seem to want to cool it
My jeep just seems...... stuffy...... I know that's vague, but when I get in to it it is much warmer than the temperature outside, and even after driving around for a while, when I get out of it, the outside air seems to be lighter and cooler than the temperature inside my vehicle

Also when I crack my windows the A/C seems to blow harder, when I roll them up, the second the window seals the A/C noticeable blows less....

I have a can of Freon and tried putting some in a week or two ago, maybe I just did it wrong... will try again... but any other thoughts or suggestions or places to point me would be great
