Fixed my blend door today via the cut method to expedite the repair before the snow hits this weekend.

How do you like your OX electric actuators so far? What length cables did you go with to get under the rear seat? Any issues engaging or disengaging? Thanks

They seem to be working great after I dialed them in my first trip out. Took a bit to dial in the exact adjustment and make sure my cables were routed in a manner that would allow smooth engagement, but seems to be good now.

I used a 125" and a 90" cable.

In retrospect, it would have been much easier to mount them on a frame rail and use a shorter cable, which they are designed to do. However I figured that being inside would be better for longevity of the electric actuators.

Dude, someone just posted a link to your craigslist ad on the Jeep WJ facebook page. This makes me sad.

Hah. Word is out. Have had a couple close offers but I'm not in a need to sell mode. I just hate to see it sit for another 12+ months not getting wheeled.

If I can get what I'm asking I'll sell it. Otherwise its gonna stay in the stable while I go to a desert locale for a while.

Truth be told, I'm starting to have second thoughts about selling it..

I'd have second thoughts, too. Especially after all of the hard work you've put into that thing. I'm still using this as a template for my axle swap, although I think I've settled on ORI Struts to replace the coil/shock setup. Either way, I'm still need some expert advice when I get around to ordering parts, so don't sell your knowledge with the Jeep!

Its also in the for sale section on here.

I'm willing to do some of the traveling at the price I'm asking.

Been following for a while and love the build...

I see it like this, it took a bunch of $$$ to build this and as an end result you have an awesome ride . If you sell it your out a lot more than money, to park it for 12 months in your garage will cost u 0000

If you have to pay parking fee's to store it or just want to build something else that's understandable

My vote would be to keep it

I agree with this, especially if you do not need the money and there is no chance it will rust out underneath you.

Yeah I hear ya. No extra rent, just my own garage and no chance of rusting out, I'm pretty sure there isn't any actual rust on this rig.

Almost 20 grand more in my investment accounts sounds pretty good too, though.

That said, I do really like this rig. I've been spending the morning in the garage tinkering.
