Yeah, there may be some bumpsteer.

I'm not sure how, with the bracketry I'm using, I could have avoided the shorter track bar and still kept it parallel with the high steer.

I see the abs cables hanging there. What are the plans for those? Are you going to attempt to keep the abs system?

Looks pretty similar to the TnT truss I put under the 1 ton ZJ. Unfortunately as Dillon said that track bar location is not great, and makes you end up with a short track bar as I did. It did have annoying bump steer unfortunately, even though I used inverted T steering which shortens the drag link a bit. Having true high steer with the drag link running to the knuckle will make it more apparent. I would definately add a steering stabilizer to your setup to soften the bump steer if you can. Another thing with coil springs and true high steer is the fact that there is NO room between the coil spring and tie rod when you are close to full lock, definately no room to squeeze a track bar past the coil.

You can make a frame side bracket that pushes the track bar out towards the wheel as far as possible like I did on Marc's build, but you can't go too crazy with it because you dont want to be close to the tire.

Yeah, I'm probably going to modify the frame side like I mentioned a few posts a back. Gotta get the knuckles, hubs, tires on to see how much room I have to extend it.

Really nowhere else to go with the axle side with the coil placement. Suppose that's another plus to coilovers.

The Jeep won't be seeing DD duties but that doesn't mean I wouldn't like to get the geometry as good as possible for when it does see pavement.

ABS is a gonner. I'll be getting the speed signal from the 231. Haven't disconnected the front cables yet.

Waiting on some minor parts to assemble the front outers and brakes.

Worked a little on the front bumper, brackets painted and bolted up and painted the lower radiator skid. Depending on when parts arrive I'll mount up the bumper and trim the wheel wells and get it painted too this week. Pictures once its mounted up for good.

Is the hitch that came off your WJ still available? What about the wiring harness and bezel?
