Cleaned, tacked.

Lower coil mounts, LCA mounts centered and clocked to ~15 degrees pinion angle and tacked.

Are you just measuring mount locationa based off of the old axles? Any adjustments to control arm locations?

I measured the width of the coils on the frame rails (40.5") transferred that to the axle and centered it. Then I rough wagged the pinion angle to 15 degrees and set the lower coil mounts at zero there. Going to make sure that is close with the axle under the jeep then burn that in.

The lower coil mounts and the LCA mounts are slotted from Claytons so you don't have to do the math on the control arm mounts. Just figure out coil mount placement, slide the three pieces together and weld it. Pretty simple design.

As far as adjustability, the LCA brackets have multiple holes for different arm placements.

Another big delivery.

Unfortunately they welded the wrong bolt pattern on the carrier. Mike, however, is getting me the right plate to weld on. No complaints on my end.

I had to stare at it for a while too. I figured out the rear bumper without too much hassle. I finally just now saw the front bumper. I think the angle of the picture makes it like a mind game.

Looking closer at the picture, does the rear bumper have a sheet of diamond plating as a 'skid'?

Its loose. Meant to be used as a no skid step on the top of the bumper. I hate diamond plate so its going in the scrap pile.

You should use the diamond plate, then chrome out both bumpers and get chrome bead locks and chrome side mirrors. Chrome cladding? Oh yea. Just kidding. But i havnt seen a chromed out lagitamate wheeler yet so it would be unique, everybody loves unique. All seriousness, great build i cant wait to see what the finished product looks like.
