2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Body Control COde

My mechanic is trying to help me find the source of intermittent delayed cranking. Over the past month we have installed a new battery and alternator. Now we have narrowed it down to a battery drain issue. The Body Control Code listed no numbers but listed "Battery Ignition Off Draw". SO we are guessing something is staying on and draining the battery. The only thing I notice weird about the car when the keys are not in the ignition is that the interior lights do not come on when any doors are opened. If the key is in the accessory position, then they all work.

Any ideas on how to find out what is doing this or other ideas? 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee
