1997 GJC Coolant Sensor Bad error

Hello. I have a 1997 Grand Jeep Cherokee. I have read the forums in the past about my problem, with the Graphical Display unit displaying Coolant Sensor Bad and tried the solution of switching the GDU.

I have tried two different Graphical Display Units and also changed the actual coolant sensor, but the GDU always ends up displaying the same error intermittently of Coolant Sensor Bad. I am ready to just unplug the GDU, but I would rather solve the problem. Any Ideas are very appreciated. Thanks.
