Zj idle issue

So for about a week or so my 4.0 has had a serious idle problem. It's just rough seems like a misfire and does it while driving sometime. Here's is what I've done so far:
Cap,rotor
Plugs,wires
Ignition coil
Pcv breather filter and elbow
Checked vacuum lines
Air filter
Clean tb, iac,tps,and pcm
New fuel filter and added injector cleaner

Now I'm leaning towards fuel pump...any thoughts?

With it worse at idle and only intermittent at speed, I'd be leaning towards CPS.

Anyway to test it without swapping in a new one?

Not reliably for intermittent issues. That, and they're a known issue.
