Yj Engine upgrade?

I have a Jeep Wrangler 1994Yj(Automatic) and its pushing 200k miles. I have decieded to invest the money for a new engine. The most popular so far seems to be a Chevy 350. I have a few questions for you experts out there though.

A.) Will a 350 even fit into a 1994 wrangler?
B.) What exactly will need to be replaced to handle the new engine?
C.) What will be the total cost with labor and parts?
D.) I read that you cant put an engine older than yours in, if i buy a new engine not used this doesnt matter right?

Thanks!
