Will this work?

My 87 XJ has a bad head. Rip off the 87 head, intake and exhaust manifolds and replace them with a 92 head, intake, and exhaust manifolds.

Will this work? Or is the '92 an HO engine?

Won't work

The 92 is a HO motor and the head, intake, and the whole wiring harness and system is completely different. i believe HESCO makes a conversion, but at its price its almost not worth it.
