Wide open throttle, not so wide open!

I noticed a while back that my throttle doesn't seem to move as far as others so I but a brick on my gas petal and looked at my butterfly valve its only about 75% open i can still pull the rocker on the throttle body about 1/4 turn until it is truly wide open. I do have a one inch throttle body spacer installed, maybe that is where the slack is coming from. Any help or advice would be appreciated. After all [more air+more fuel=more power]

Normally have an adjustment where the throttle cable is attached by the intake.
