why is jeep lurching really hard .

Jeep in 4low it takes all you got to stop it. While trailing need to put in neutral alot then back to drive. Its a 97tj with the rh32 auto. Has recentky been rebuilt but has done this before and after rebuild. Takes practically both feet on brake petal to stop it. Could this be a bad torque converter?

No This ics common. The Jeep is stronger than the brakes in low range. Popping into neutral is common.
