When accelerating and hit 10 mph, hear "clunk"

I have a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Every time I start my car when its been sitting for more than a couple hours and start accelerating and hit 10 mph, i hear a "clunk". This only happens once during my trip, which would be when im accelerating from my initial parking space. Does this sound like a transmission issue or a TC issue since it only happens once?
