Wheel bearings and sputtering

Ok folks, I have a 98 cherokee XJ with bad wheel bearings in the front. Question is is it possible to change just the bearing instead of the hole hub assembly. If so how do I do that without taking to a mechanic.

The other thing is my jeep kinda sputters when idling but when I get going it stops. Couple weeks ago I replaced all the gaskets on the motor due to blowing a head gasket. I thought it was plugs and wires so I replaced those along with the distributor cap and rotar button. Still was no change. Then I thought maybe a clogged ininjector so I have now ran 3 bottles of injector cleaner through it and still no change. Any advice is helpful. Thanks!

The bearing are replaceable, but they would need to be pressed off and back on again.

You wouldn't happen to know a way to do that without a press would ya. Maybe a little DIY trick. Just curious. Really can't afford a shop bill or 2 hub assemblies at the moment is why I asked. Thanks!
