what is wrong

When I turn the key on my 92 wrangler it spins like its trying to start but I'm not getting spark that's simple to fix my issue is if I hold the key long enough I get a clunk while its trying to turn over

Is it a clunk or a cough? How long are you cranking the engine? I've seen starters seize because they get too hot from continuous cranking and heard plenty of loud coughs from engines that can't ignite the fuel. What engine do you have?

Manual...I really don't know about mounting its stock if that helps I don't think its the trans but that's the area it seems to come from rear of the block on the bottom

The engine and trans have rubber mounts, and with time/miles they go bad. If they have excessive movement they can let the drivetrain slop around when torquing it and cause a clunk that would move the whole vehicle. Do you have any idea why you have no spark?

while cranking to start the jeep you should have the clutch pushed in so you shouldn't feel the jeep move when the clunk happens. my guess would be the crank position sensor has gone bad and that is why the jeep isn't getting spark

That would be a slight problem. Are you rebuilding or swapping the engine?
