what tranny do i have

i have a 1974 cj5 with the 258. i dont have a clue what tranny i have. it has a funny shift pattern. it goes some thing like this

72-75 t14a 3 sp standard
71-75 you could get a T18 optional

I think you have a T18 my friend

I was talking about the scout axels yesterday, it's a shame I had to buy em. When I was a teenager I had 3 scouts,a ton of extra drive train parts and 2 good PTO winch set ups. My dad cleaned out the shop and sent it all to the scrap yard. Two of them were in good shape and ran like a top. Wish I still had all that stuff now.
