what to replace at 133 thousand miles

i have a 1993 yj with a 2.5 i went to my local dealer and asked them when do i change my timing chain they said when it makes noise that made no sence then i said i head someone telling me that the oil pump's go and they make lower end noise they said no way the engine are known for lower end noise(sounds like a wrist pin when it get's hot) so who is right and at 130 thousand i have a exhaust leak between head and exhaust intake is this normal

AS FOR THE NOISE I WOULD TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC AND LET THEM FIGURE IT OUT THE EXHAUST LEAK SHOULD BE FIXED BECAUSE THAT WILL CAUSE YOU TO LOSE POWER AND THE 2.5 DOESN'T HAVE MUCH TO LOSE. I WILL HAVE TO FIND MY OWNER'S MANUAL TO TELL YOU WHAT IS DUE FOR REPLACING AT 133,000 MILES A LITTLE LATER.
