what gears

I have a 91 Cherokee with stock gears and 34x9.50x15 wheels and tires and I would like some input on what gears I should put in it because it kicks down all the time when going up slight incline or even in high winds and it kills the has mileage . Any info would be good. Thanks

488's are what I was told to put in my 2.5L 4cyl Wrangler that has the same issue. I am not sure what the stock gears on a Cherokee are, but it's a start.
