Not at all. You would want an AMC 360. They can be found relatively cheap in older full size Jeeps (wagoneer, cherokee, pickups, etc). Only thing you may need is an AMC360 specific flywheel, if you get one that had an auto tranny. Other than that its as simple as take one out and bolt the other one in.

The manual flywheel I have is actually from an amc 360 thanks for the info
