weber choke ?

It seems that in the past couple of days my weber choke doesn't work. it takes a few seconds for the jeep to start and then it idles really rough until it gets warm. how do i check to see if the choke is stuck and what should i do?

...so much to learn...so little free time.

I found that if you step on the gas pedal while starting the engine the vac. pulloff will pull the choke open enough to drop the choke linkage off of the high idle cam .Try starting the engine by stepping on the gas once to set the choke then crank the engine untill it starts. This works with mine a lot better.
