Weber on California CJ7 and Calif. smog stuff

I bought my 85 CJ7 - 3 weeks ago and discovered that it has a Weber on it. I don't have any idea how the lady I bought it from got it smogged, but she sold it to me with certificate. I know that down the road when I go to get it smogged, I'll have a problem. What is everybody doing to get their CJ smogged in California. Do they make an adapter for the stock air cleaner/snorkle? Will it pass with the Weber? How do I tell what model of Weber is on it?
