I cant see it at work, but i'm pretty sure its the old around the corner video from the black and white days. It's very nice in understanding how a diff works.

That was a great old film, I think I'll use it for my kids show-N-tell project.
As far as your argument, might I suggest this: I need to by the Rubicon because it is the Heavy Duty, most durable model, and as loaded as it gets. I want you & the kids to be as comfortable in the old school Jeep as possible, and let's face it Jeep has a reputation of being unreliable back in the day. Heavy Duty & Creature Comforts. No need for technical details, that's why she has you to figure them out... at least that's what My Wife says. Good Luck.

Awesome video. I know how diffs work, but the stick model makes it VERY easy to explain or show to someone else.
lol, my wife is the one that begged for a jeep, so we could go explore the BLM trails around here. she's wanted one forever! |

That was a pretty nice video. I built a gear box model like that (without the fancy wheel and tires though) my freshman year in college an ME class.
