vibration in rear end 1986 jeep comanche 2 wheel drive

Above 25 I get a vibration in the rear end of the truck. My tires seem to be okay.
Maybe a grinding sound or more of a winding sounds from the rear. I just replace the motor mounts and transmission mounts also replace the universal joints. New filter and gasket on the transmission. The sound keeps coming. I have no idea what it could be. How to replace the sleeve in the rear of the transmission. I'm guessing it could be the rear end but I am not sure.
I have a 1986 jeep comanche with the 2.8 it's a 2 wheel drive it has the 3 speed automatic transmission.

Did you try putting the vehicle on jack stands to pinpoint the noise?
