Vibration

So I had a vibration in the engine before the rebuild and now that everything is done and running fine, I still have the vibration.
360, NP435, I replaced the flywheel & clutch (Center Force), new harmonic balancer, new input shaft and bearings (trans), new pilot bearing, new motor mounts, and everything else I can thing of. I can't figure it out? It starts about 2300 rpm and goes up from there. It's definitely in the engine, when I push the clutch in at speed and let the engine idle, the vibration stops.
I know 360's are exteranlly balanced and the flywheel and damper are for the 360, so I should be OK there.

Anyone have any ideas?
