vibration

2004 Jeep Rubicon, 4 inch Teraflex- Bad vibration above 35 when in 2L. Switched to 4 wheel and 90% of it went away even when doing 60 mph. After going off road vibration back at any speed in 2 and 4H. Really bad in 2L. or when taking foot off gas . There is also a high pitch whining.U joint seems smooth but needs some lube. Any ideas.

ujoint vibration

Removed the rear driveshaft and the ujoint moves smooth but needs some lube. TJ runs smooth on just front axle up to 60mph although the gear changes are not.- When running on 2H the vibration was real bad when taking foot off gas. Putting clutch in alleviated 80% of vibration. Rubicon has 4 inch lift and rear of joint is about half inch from muffler. Any ideas?
