Upgrade from 4cyl

I have a 89 YJ w/ a 4" lift riding 33's. I need to regear to get up past 50, but I want to have more power but not a 8 cyl. I heard the inline 6 cyl is the best way to go?? If so what do I need to go with it, a new tranny and T-case also?? What are the best gears to go with it since I am planning to do that anyway. I want to be able to drive on the highway at 65 mph and pull a 4 wheeler.

I have a 4" lift with 33" tires being turned by the 4 angry squirrles and I drive @ 65MPH in fifth gear all the time without being pulled by a 4 wheeler. If you can't get up that high then you have some serious issues with your motor.
