Transmission noises

Ay well i just switched my autotranny for another auto tranny but not i hear a ticking noise like a busted push rod but i highly doubt it because before i switched it it didnt make the noise, ive heard the flex plate might be causing it and the dust plate but i havent tryed testing those out yet but im going to test out the theory out tommorow, also on my flywheel it looks like a little oil came out from the center where the crankshaft is but im not sure if that is normal or not. The transmission came from junkyard but looked like is was just overhauled , have new fluid and filter in it. If you go on. Youtube there is a video titled like transmission noise and it just a ticking noise that soumd like something in the TC/Flywheel area is rubbing but im not possitive. Please comment and ideas and no stupid comments please
